Refund & Returns Policy

At Tactile Tots, we want you to feel confident and happy about every purchase you make for your little one. Our toys are carefully curated and checked for quality before dispatch. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our 10-Day Easy Return policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • 10-Day Window: You may return an item within 10 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • In the original packaging, with all accessories included.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Clearance or sale items marked “non-returnable.”
  • Damaged products caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for standard returns.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Tactile Tots will cover the return shipping costs if the error is ours.
